Terms of use
The terms for using the library: who may use it, what you may do with it, who owns what, and what I am and am not responsible for.
These terms contain no tracking consent and no marketing consent. Both are handled elsewhere: the privacy notice and the optional marketing box.
1. Who I am and what these terms cover
I offer the library at alfenconsulting.dk through Alfen Consulting ApS, CVR 46747445, C/o Martin Sørensen, Lejrevej 14, 2700 Brønshøj, Denmark. In these terms “I”, “me” and “my” mean Alfen Consulting ApS, the company I run, and “you” means the person using the library. The library includes the AI business case calculator and, later, a use case list and similar material. The public pages are not covered; they are open to everyone.
2. Who may use it
The library is meant for business use by people acting for a company or in a professional capacity. You confirm that the details you give when you register are correct and that you are at least 18.
3. Your access
You get access through a one-time sign-in link sent to the email address you registered. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Please do not share links or sessions. If you suspect misuse, tell me at finance@alfenconsulting.dk.
4. What you may do
You may use the library and its content for your own internal business purposes, including sharing calculator results inside your organisation. You may not copy, republish, resell, scrape or automate access to the library, or use it to build a competing product or a training dataset.
5. Ownership
The library, its content, methods, models, frameworks and the calculator logic belong to Alfen Consulting ApS or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them under these terms. What you enter into the calculator, and the results you generate, remain yours. I do not receive calculator inputs (see the privacy notice).
6. Indicative content, not advice
The library gives general and indicative information. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and the results depend entirely on the assumptions you enter. Decisions you take on the basis of the library are your own. A paid engagement with me is governed by separate terms.
7. Availability and changes
The library is free and provided as it is. I may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it. I aim for reasonable uptime but promise none. I may update these terms, and I record which version you accepted. If I make a material change, I will ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Alfen Consulting ApS is not liable for loss arising from your use of a free library, except for loss caused by intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law.
9. Ending access
You can stop using the library and ask me to delete your registration at any time, at finance@alfenconsulting.dk. I may close an account that breaches these terms, after notice where that is reasonable.
10. Personal data
How I process your personal data is described in the privacy notice. It is not part of these terms, but please read it together with them.
11. Governing law and venue
Danish law governs these terms and any dispute between you and Alfen Consulting ApS. Disputes go to the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret), without limiting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer or under the law where you live.
