A 13-week cash forecast you can trust
I build a cash forecast that updates every week from your own books and bank balance, and I keep a written record of how accurate each forecast turned out to be. Everything runs on your own systems, so your financial data stays where it already is.
Who it is for
A CFO or finance lead who needs a forecast you can defend, an owner-CEO without a finance lead who wants to see cash coming, or a sponsor or board member who wants weekly visibility on a company.
What you get each week
A closing-cash forecast for the next 13 weeks. A one-line recommendation first: nothing to decide, or what needs your attention. Last week's forecast scored against what actually happened. And the assumptions behind the numbers, written down and owned by you.
How I work
The system forecasts and reports. It does not book, and it does not pay, and a named person on your side signs off each step. The connection to your accounting system and bank starts read-only. Anything that could change your books is prepared as a draft, and nothing is booked without an explicit yes to that specific entry. An unclear counterparty, an unusual invoice or an ambiguous VAT treatment goes to your finance owner, not into the numbers by assumption. No unconfirmed revenue is counted. The build lives in your own environment, I work under delegated access, and I can be removed at any time.
Two conditions before I build
I only build the forecast if both are true. First, your bank balance reaches your accounting system automatically, at least weekly. Second, I can read your accounting system and bank directly. If either is not true, I tell you, and the source is fixed first.
The seven phases
Qualify and scope. Set up the AI assistant on your own systems. Data and system audit. Build the model. Accuracy loop. Weekly reporting. Handover. The full plan describes what each phase delivers, what I need from you and how I handle the risks.
What happens to your email
The full plan sits in the library, behind a sign-in with your email. Your email gives you access to everything in the library. What I do with it is set out in the privacy notice.

On accuracy
I do not promise an accuracy figure in advance, and I do not quote one until there is enough history to stand behind it.
